Terms of Use - AiPix Terms of Use Effective Date: July 30, 2025 These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the iOS mobile application AiPix (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using AiPix, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Use of the App AiPix provides AI-powered photo and video generation tools for entertainment and creative purposes. You agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and not to use it for any unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate purposes. 2. User Content You retain ownership of any photos or videos you create using AiPix. However, by using the app, you grant us temporary access to uploaded media solely for the purpose of generating AI content. We do not store, reuse, or share any media after processing is complete. 3.
