Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the iOS mobile application AiPix (“the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using AiPix, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

AiPix provides AI-powered photo and video generation tools for entertainment and creative purposes. You agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and not to use it for any unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate purposes.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos or videos you create using AiPix. However, by using the app, you grant us temporary access to uploaded media solely for the purpose of generating AI content. We do not store, reuse, or share any media after processing is complete.

3. Age Restriction

The App is rated 4+ and is suitable for all age groups. However, parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the app, especially in cases where in-app purchases are available.

4. In-App Purchases

AiPix offers optional consumable in-app purchases (such as removing ads/watermarks or buying coins). All purchases are final and are processed securely through Apple’s App Store. We do not issue refunds except as required by Apple’s policies.

5. Advertisements

Ads may be shown within the app using Google AdMob. If you do not wish to see ads, you may choose to purchase the ad removal option. We strive to ensure that all ads shown are appropriate for all age groups.

6. Intellectual Property

All app content, features, and code are owned by us and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the app without permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or used the app inappropriately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the availability, reliability, or performance of the app.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” above. Your continued use of the app after any changes means you accept the new Terms.
