This privacy policy explains how AiPix ("we", "our", or "us") handles your information when you use the AiPix mobile application. We are committed to respecting your privacy and complying with all applicable data protection regulations, including Apple's App Store Review Guidelines, App Tracking Transparency (ATT), and local privacy laws where the app is available.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

AiPix does not collect, store, or share personally identifiable information. We do not require account registration or track your behavior across other apps or websites. We do not sell your data to third parties.

2. Face Data Usage

AiPix uses on-device or temporary server-based processing to analyze face data only for the purpose of performing the following features:

• Face Enhancement
• Caricature and Cartoon Generation
• Portrait Retouching

We do not collect, store, or share facial recognition data. All facial data is processed strictly to fulfill your editing request.

Why We Use Face Data

Face data is used to apply visual effects and editing capabilities. It is not used for identification, authentication, tracking, surveillance, or biometric profiling.

Retention Policy

• Face data is retained only for the duration of the processing session.
• Once the edited image is returned, face data is immediately deleted.
• We do not store face data or reuse it for any other purpose.

3. App Tracking Transparency (ATT) Compliance

AiPix does not track users or link user or device data with third-party services for advertising or analytics purposes without explicit user consent. Where applicable, the app presents Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt and respects your tracking choices in full.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

AiPix integrates Google AdMob SDK for displaying ads. AdMob may collect device-specific data such as advertising identifiers, app usage data, and approximate location (if allowed by the system). These are governed by Google’s own privacy policies and your consent as provided through App Tracking Transparency (ATT).

5. User Rights and Local Law Compliance

AiPix respects all applicable local laws and user rights regarding privacy, data collection, and consent. In jurisdictions with additional data protection laws (such as GDPR, CCPA), users may have additional rights to:

• Request access to their data
• Request deletion of their data
• Withdraw consent at any time

Since we do not store personal or biometric data, there is no identifiable data tied to your usage of the app.

6. Children’s Privacy

AiPix is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that data has been unintentionally collected from a child, we will delete it promptly upon notice.

7. Data Security

All local and cloud-based processing (where applicable) is encrypted and limited to only what is necessary for the operation of the app’s features. We do not store data on remote servers beyond the session.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Users will be notified of any material changes through the app or the app store listing.
